We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all DIXPLAYER Premium subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service
  • Your account is in good standing
  • This is your first refund request for DIXPLAYER Premium

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago
  • Renewal charges (you must cancel before renewal date)
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless stated otherwise)
  • In-app purchases or add-ons after 7 days
  • Accounts that have been banned or suspended for violations

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Include your order number or transaction ID
  • Provide the email address associated with your account
  • Briefly explain the reason for your refund request

Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is approved.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • App Store/Google Play: Processed according to their policies

Note: Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Subscription Cancellation

To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date:

  • Go to Settings → Account → Manage Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • You will retain access until the end of your billing period
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current period

6. App Store and Google Play Purchases

If you purchased DIXPLAYER Premium through the App Store or Google Play:

  • Refunds must be requested directly through Apple or Google
  • We cannot process refunds for these purchases
  • Follow the respective platform's refund policy
  • Contact their support for assistance

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests outside the 7-day window in exceptional cases:

  • Technical issues preventing app usage (must be reported within 7 days)
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized purchases (with proof)
